Where do you ship from?
Orders placed on ethique.co.uk are shipped from our Leeds-based warehouse.
How long does it take an order to be processed?
Our standard processing time is 2 business days, however during busy promotional periods this can take longer. Our warehouse team takes a break from picking & packing orders on the weekend, so orders placed after 9am Friday may not start processing until the following Monday.
Which carrier do you use?
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48™ to ship your parcels.
How long will shipping take?
Once picked up by Royal Mail, parcels will be delivered within 1-3 business days. Rural deliveries may take an additional 1-2 days.
How will my order be packaged?
Orders are shipped in home-compostable cardboard boxes with paper tape and paper 'bubble wrap' which you can repurpose, recycle, or pop in your home compost or garden to break down.
The shipping labels are not home compostable. Please check with your local governing body for the appropriate way to dispose or recycle these items.
